Citrus Vinaigrette over Garden Greens Salad    
     
¹/3 head romaine lettuce -- torn   tossedsalads.gif (7965 bytes)
 
     
¹/3 head Red leaf lettuce -- torn      
¹/3 head Iceburg lettuce -- torn      
14  cherry tomatoes cut in half      
       
 Ingredients:      
 16 ounces orange juice -- reduced by    
 1/2 its volume Juice of one lemon 1/2 cup peanut oil    
 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar Salt -- to taste Freshly-    
 ground black pepper -- to taste Method: Place juice   What's for Dinner  
 in a blender or food processor. Add vinegar and    
 slowly add peanut oil to emulsify. Salt and pepper   Next Back Menu
